IRK:Information about personal data processing:
1.The Administrator of personal data is the Opole University of Technology based in Opole 45-758 at 76 Prószkowska Street.
2. The data protection inspector of Opole University of Technology is available at the following email address: iod@po.edu.pl
3. The personal data provided will be processed to carry out the recruitment process for studies and – in case of being admitted to the studies – to support the process of studying at the Opole University of Technology.
4. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as RODO) in connection with the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85).
5. In the case of admission, personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as RODO) in connection with the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85).
6. The Administrator shall not make the data available to other entities, with the exception of entities authorised by law.
7. The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for a period of 50 years for those enrolled and 6 months for those not enrolled.
8. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing and lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. The data will not be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.
9. In the recruitment process, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
10. Provision of data is voluntary but necessary to take part in the recruitment.
