REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the Master’s degree programme must hold at least an engineering degree (Bachelor of Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, such as:
- Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design,
- Automation and Robotics,
- Mechatronics,
- Materials Engineering,
- Transport,
- Power Engineering, and other technical disciplines related to engineering and industrial technologies.
For candidates with a degree in a different technical field, the admissions committee may specify the need to complete additional coursework to bridge any curriculum gaps.
The qualification process is based on the final degree result and, if applicable, an interview to assess the candidate’s preparation and motivation for graduate studies.
CAREER
Graduates of the Bachelor’s degree programme are specialists well-prepared to face the challenges of today’s job market. They develop a solid foundation in mechanics, manufacturing technologies, materials science, and machine design. Students master skills in structural analysis, modern engineering tools, and practical problem-solving. They also gain essential knowledge in automation, metrology, and production process management, significantly enhancing their professional competencies.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering opens the door to careers in the most promising sectors of the economy, both domestically and internationally. Graduates can pursue professional paths in:
- Automotive, aerospace, energy, and heavy industries,
- Modern manufacturing plants implementing Industry 4.0 technologies,
- Design and engineering offices,
- Companies specialising in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies,
- Research and development laboratories and innovation centres,
- Technical consultancy and administration.
Thanks to their interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills, graduates are fully prepared to work in dynamic industrial environments or to run their own businesses in the high-tech sector.
